Another Riverboat Casino Moves Ashore

A USA Casino Group has recently announced its plans to relocate its riverboat casino in Iowa to a new land-based location.

This strategic move is estimated to cost between $180 to $200 million for the relocation of the Casino Hotel's riverboat casino operations.

The company has revealed that the new site will be a "state-of-the-art land-based property" and will undergo a rebranding process.

With a diverse portfolio of entertainment and casino locations in twenty-eight jurisdictions across the United States, the casino company is well-positioned for this expansion.

The Gaming Commission officially approved the relocation on April 24, 2025. It is projected that the construction of the new facility could take up to two years to complete, ensuring a seamless transition for patrons and employees alike.
