Beyond its casino, the Inspire Entertainment Resort boasts three luxurious five-star hotels, providing a total of 1,275 rooms. Additionally, the resort features a large arena with a capacity of 15,000, an indoor water park, and an engaging digital entertainment street, making it a comprehensive entertainment hub.
Strategically situated near Incheon International Airport on Yeongjong Island, the resort was developed by Mohegan, a company renowned for managing eight other prominent resorts worldwide. On their website, they refer to it as a "new generation entertainment resort."

Bain Capital assumed management of the resort's holding company, MGE Korea Limited, in February. This entity serves as the Korean branch of Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment.
Industry sources describe the sale as a "rare opportunity" to acquire a newly established, upscale resort that already possesses an approved casino license—an advantageous position in the competitive market.
It is important to note that while Bain Capital is currently managing the resort, they do not yet hold complete ownership. They are in the process of finalizing legal steps necessary to secure full ownership of the company.
