Remote - Head of Marketing for iGaming operations

  • Job Description:

    Under the direction of the Head of Operations, the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for all acquisition channels online and offline including SEO and retention.

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft the overall brand strategy in alignment with target country organizations
    • Define media budgets and revenue targets for all countries and acquisition channels
    • Coordinate retail operations in regards to brand strategy and positioning
    • Define local acquisition offers in agreement with product and CRM managers
    • Structure and shape the development roadmap along with the platform team and product managers
    • Define marketing feature requests and best practices
    • Establish and maintain relationships with the Community
    • Foster and maintain a positive attitude toward staff and management.
    • Performs related duties as required.
    • Ensures confidentiality in all operational matters.

     

  • Salary/Package:
    • This is a key member of the management team.
    • The salary and bonus scheme will depend on experience but will be very competitive.
    • Accommodation is included plus relocation assistance if you wish to live in Dubai. 
  • Experience:

     

    • Master’s degree in economics, business administration or similar with a focus on (international) marketing

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing brands in online gambling and team management

    • Extensive experience in strategic media planning, budgeting, buying and reporting  

    • Fluent English required other languages are considered an advantage.

    • Strong management experience and organizational skills

    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and a collaborative management style

    • High comfort level working In a dynamic ever-changing environment

     

  • Essential Experience:
    • Previous experience (at least 5yrs.) in Marketing and managing a team.
    • Must have knowledge of basic office administration, management, computer skills and attention to detail.
    • Must sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
    • Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language.
    • Must have the ability to interact well with others. Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.
    • Must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    • Computer literate, (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Word).
    • Must be tactful, discrete, and confidential.
    • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable Qualities:
    • Previous casino, sportsbook and exchange experience.
    • Indian, Asian, Middle-East marketing experience
    • Working with CRM software
    • Social media experience
    • Hindi speaking
    • Passion for Cricket
    • Able to work remotely and autonomously.
