On behalf of a client, we are looking for a Head of Finance who wants to be a part of building Asia's biggest goto gaming company.

You will be responsible for the overall financial management, business analysis, financial reporting and for preparing the financial reports. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow with an ambitious new operator. 

Duties and responsibilities among others include:

• Drive the organisation's financial operations and improve financial performance.
• Reponsible for managing and overseeing adherence to the company PNL in conjunction with the senior management team and board.
• Responsibility of ensuring that PSP and game supplier balances are maintained at required levels to ensure smooth uninterrupted transactions both for players and partners.
• Planning and organisation of short- and long-term goals.
• Set targets, train, motivate and supervise all accounting and finance personnel to continue the team’s personal development.
• Being an adviser to the business through support and financial analysis.
• Challenge decision makers thoroughly in line with processes and goals.
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly for cost efficiency opportunities and drive smarter spending.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This includes but not limited to; group consolidations, financial statements, quarterly reports and annual report.
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
• Develop and implement new accounting techniques and systems or modify existing methods and procedures.
• Present reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
• Retain constant awareness of the group’s financial position to ensure they work proactively and efficiently.
• Business case evaluations.
• Oversee the cash management and treasury function, and ensure long term collaboration with new and existing banking partners.

• A competitive salary depending on experience in the role.

• Commercial and business awareness. 
• Capacity to make quick but rational decisions;
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles, primarily IFRS;
• Proficient user of finance software & Microsoft Excel

• Experience in the gaming industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
• ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar professional qualification;

Experience in Indian culture is advantageous
