Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations within assigned gaming zones. This leadership role ensures that table games are conducted with integrity, efficiency, and full compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the Assistant Gaming Manager in achieving operational targets.

• Supervise Table Games Supervisors and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and onthejob training.
• Conduct preshift briefings and communicate operational updates.
• Assist with scheduling rosters and break allocations.
• Support onboarding and training of new Gaming Specialists and Team Members.
• Ensure grooming, conduct, and service standards are consistently met.
• Foster team engagement and maintain open communication.
• Oversee assigned gaming areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor game integrity, staff performance, and guest interactions.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal standards.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a table games pit or gaming operations.
• Supervisory experience in a gaming environment is essentiial.
• Strong understanding of tablegame procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guestservice skills.
• Teamoriented, adaptable, and effective in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and gamingoperations systems.
