Package Components

• Incorporated Curacao Company: The sale includes a fully incorporated company in Curacao.
• Curacao B2C License (Green Seal): Please note that the B2C license is currently pending issuance. The license will be granted upon payment of the associated license fee.
• Directorship Transition: The current director is a local corporate services provider in Curacao. We will facilitate the transition of directorship to a representative from our team, enabling us to manage the share transfer process seamlessly. This will involve an application fee and handling fee from the Gaming Control Board (GCB).
• Share Transfer and Compliance Fees: The package includes all necessary fees for the share transfer, due diligence for the new Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), and notification to the GCB regarding the ownership change.
• Domain Change: We will assist with the change of the company domain and conduct a review of the website. Our team will ensure that all necessary information is provided to meet regulatory requirements, including the implementation of the license logo.

Exclusions from the Price

• Future Directorship Fees: Upon the change of directorship, you will be responsible for the monthly directorship fee, which is set at a minimum of EUR 1,000. This fee may vary based on jurisdiction and specific business objectives.
